Welcome to AS Caterers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or booking of our catering services. By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, or booking our catering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
AS Caterers provides catering services for a variety of occasions, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, private gatherings, social celebrations, religious functions, and other special events. Our services may include food preparation, menu planning, catering staff, food presentation, serving arrangements, and other services agreed upon with the customer.
The availability and scope of services may vary depending on the event requirements, location, guest count, menu selection, and other factors discussed during the booking process.
A catering booking is considered confirmed only after the customer has provided the required event details and completed the agreed booking or advance payment process.
Customers may be required to provide accurate information, including their name, contact details, event date, venue address, estimated number of guests, type of event, selected menu, and any special requirements.
AS Caterers reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested date, location, services, or arrangements are unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
An advance payment may be required to confirm and reserve a catering booking. The advance amount and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to make the required payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation or modification of the booking.
Any applicable additional charges must also be paid by the customer as agreed.
Customers may select from our available catering menus or discuss customized menu requirements with our team. Menu options may include vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items, beverages, desserts, snacks, and other items depending on availability.
Any customized menu, special dish, ingredient, or specific preparation requirement should be communicated clearly before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer requests, subject to ingredient availability, preparation requirements, and operational limitations.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate estimated guest count at the time of booking. Any significant changes in the number of guests should be communicated to AS Caterers as early as possible.
An increase in guest numbers may result in additional charges and will be subject to food, staff, and service availability. Final guest numbers may need to be confirmed within the timeframe agreed upon during booking.
Customers must inform AS Caterers in advance about any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific food requirements.
Although we take reasonable precautions during food preparation, our kitchen and catering operations may handle various ingredients, including common allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from traces of allergens.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about dietary requirements before the event.
AS Caterers makes reasonable efforts to prepare fresh, hygienic, and quality food using suitable ingredients and appropriate food preparation practices.
Menu items and ingredients may occasionally be changed or substituted due to availability, seasonal conditions, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, we will inform the customer about significant substitutions or changes.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that AS Caterers and its staff have reasonable access to the event venue at the agreed time.
The customer should provide accurate venue details and inform us in advance about parking restrictions, building access, stairs, elevators, security requirements, loading areas, or other venue-related restrictions that may affect catering arrangements.
Any additional costs caused by unusual venue restrictions or special access requirements may be discussed with the customer before the event.
Where staff service is included in the selected catering package, our team will provide services according to the agreed arrangements.
The number of catering staff, service duration, setup requirements, serving arrangements, and cleanup responsibilities may vary depending on the selected package and event requirements.
Additional service hours or staff requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges and availability.
Catering prices are based on the menu, number of guests, event location, service requirements, duration, and other details agreed upon with the customer.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests, customized menus, additional food items, extended service hours, special equipment, transportation, venue-related requirements, or other services not included in the original quotation.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer whenever reasonably possible.
Customers may request cancellation of a confirmed booking by contacting AS Caterers as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the cancellation, advance payment made, preparation already completed, ingredients purchased, staff arrangements, and other costs incurred by AS Caterers.
Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Although we make every reasonable effort to fulfill confirmed bookings, AS Caterers may need to modify or cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and explore alternative arrangements where possible.
Requests to change the event date must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.
A date change may result in revised pricing or additional charges depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred. A new date is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted by AS Caterers.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that all agreed requirements are communicated clearly.
The customer must also ensure appropriate behavior by guests and event attendees. AS Caterers reserves the right to take reasonable action if staff members are subjected to abusive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Where appropriate and with reasonable consideration for customer privacy, AS Caterers may take photographs or videos of food arrangements, table setups, decorations, or catering displays for promotional purposes.
If identifiable photographs of customers or guests are intended to be used for promotional purposes, appropriate permission may be requested where required.
Customers who do not wish their event arrangements to be photographed for promotional purposes may communicate their preference to us in advance.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, images, menus, and other content displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, photographs and menu images are for general illustration purposes and the actual presentation, portion size, color, or appearance of food may vary.
We reserve the right to update website content, menus, pricing, services, and availability without prior notice.
All website content, including logos, branding, text, photographs, graphics, designs, and other original materials, belongs to AS Caterers or its respective content owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
We may work with third-party service providers, suppliers, payment processors, delivery partners, or other vendors to support our catering operations.
While we aim to work with reliable partners, services provided by third parties may be subject to their own terms and conditions. AS Caterers is not responsible for circumstances directly caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
AS Caterers will make reasonable efforts to provide catering services as agreed with the customer. However, we shall not be responsible for delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AS Caterers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or catering services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
AS Caterers shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, accidents, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide alternative solutions where possible.
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process personal information required to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, process payments, and provide catering services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our catering services shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
